Very World Cup Fashion Face-Off

One question I have:
You can’t be interested in fashion and also football? Definitely yes, I’ll be cheering on our boys this Monday in the match Portugal v North Korea but that doesn’t mean that I can’t look good doing it!

I’m not the only one who has this mindset and the lovely folks over at Very.co.uk have had the good idea of mixing the footballing world cup with the fashion style of each country.

This fashion site is currently having a Very World Cup fashion face-off and they have put together a fashion look for each country playing in the World Cup 2010 and each country reflects their personality and style. Then will be like at word cup when each countries are then pitted against each other in the style stakes and will battle in out in the quarter finals, semi finals and then the final.

Fans threw bottles and eggs at Juventus players

No match with Atalanta before anger typhus bianconeri not ceased. Zanetti takes a break

Finally, Javier Zanetti Inter miss a game. No, not rugged nor Argentina had an argument with coach Mourinho. It would have been impossible, even in the past 36 years. Nicknamed the “Tracker”, Zanetti will miss the first match in Milan team after a series of 137 matches. The irony of fate is that everything after a game with Argentina AS Roma take a break, the event is happening now over 4 years in March 2006. Alongside Zanetti, Mourinho can not count on three other owners, Thiago Motta, Lucio and Maicon.

Gerrard To Come Quicklier Than He Thought

Liverpool is supposed to have been boosted by the quicker and it has expected return from injury of the captain Steven Gerrard against Wolverhampton football team.

Therefore, after the manager Rafael Benitez has decided to come back to full training in weekends, he has also confirmed that his skipper may be part of the squad that travels to Molineux.

In the official website, the manager Rafael Benitez also added that “He was training on Saturday and on Sunday and Monday was the same”. After that, he said that “Normally he’s someone who, if available, can play. ” Eventually, they will soon decide this, but they think he can be available.

The Reds will be for sure without Fernando Torres,Glen Johnson and midfielder Yossi Benayoun for the travel to the Midlands.

Manuel Neuer To Make New Decisions

Manuel Neuer from Manchester United affirmed that he wants the Champions League
football to make his dream come true, making the Germany Number One shirt his
own, whether that means to him leaving Schalke 04 football team.

His agent found that his client was courted by Manchester United, admitting that “I can only realise my goal of permanently being the national goalkeeper if I play Champions League football.”

As long as Manchester United keeps the eye on Neuer, the Royal Blues’ goalkeeper affirms he hopes he has the chance to win Germany’s Number One shirt for the World Cup Of Next Year. Firstly, Schalke 04 is the team which must qualify for the Champions League.

He also added that he hopes that they can do it with Schalke. Neuer had no doubts that
he is one of the top 3 goalkeepers in Germany and he realized he can become the best one in Germany. All he wants is to be in goal for the World Cup.

Since 2007, he become the no1 keeper of Schalke, meanwhile his current deal with the Bundesliga side is going to expire in 2012.

ESPN To Make A New Deal

ESPN has finally decided to sign a deal of 4 years which is worth around 35 million pounds. This deal is going to start only in the 2010/11 season meanwhile running in parallel with the agreement of FA. This agreement is related to the terrestrial broadcaster ITV which will also cover the international matches Of England and those of FA Cup.

ITV, as well as ESPN will have the chance to show the final of FA Cup live.

For those who don’t know, the FA Cup is the oldest knockout football competition for seniors and in the same time being in common with the English Premier League. This thing attracts lots of people around the Globe.

In the middle of the last year, ESPN was awarded with the rights to 46 live English Premier League games. This happened after being forfeited by Setanta.

Last week, the chief executive of FA, Ian Watmore said that they are very thrilled to have added ESPN to their list of broadcast partners.

Being a very powerful global broadcaster in United Kingdom, ESPN will give their football a great visibility and they are expecting to have a great partnership with them.

Rajevac’s Decisions

Milovan Rajevac is ready to check on Kevin-Prince Boateng himself once he can as being the Ghana coach looks to clinch the availability of Portsmouth midfielder for the Black Stars.

In this time Boateng has already impressed for Pompey and also shared Ghana the thing that he is prepared and able to represent them after playing for Germany at the youth level.

Some of the Ghana Football Association’s officials affirmed that they will almost get the all clear from FIFA for the switch of allegiance. Meanwhile Milovan Rajevac has the capacity to have him on board.

Rajevac also admitted in an interview that they are in contact with him and monitoring him on TV but his will is to go to England on his first leisure and watch him in person. He likes what he has seen so far. He is known to be a very good player too.

Boateng wants no to play for Ghana even if he has represented the European giants at youth level. He decided to do this after failing to break into the senior side.

Wenger And Guardiola Late Bid

Arsene Wenger, the choach of Arsenal football team with Pep Guardiola, the Barcelona chief, have made 11th hour bids for the reason to sign Fredrikstad stiker Dominic Adiyiah.

AC Milan affirmed on its official website that they have already agreed with the fact of moving to the San Siro at the beginning of January, while following a very successful work permit application and medical. Therefore, in despite of the announcement that AC Milan has made, the vice-president called Adriano Galliani with Wenger and Guardiola did late bids to sign the player.

Adriano Galliani affirmed that there is a deal with the Fredrikstad FK, a club from Norwegia. He also said that their system is another one at the moment and they need to have a wide forward who has the chance to train with those they already have at their disposal. That’s why they have made a move.

Arsenal and Barcelona are two football teams with a lot of money.

Liverpool Sell Sebastian Leto To Panathinaikos

Liverpool have agreed a fee with the Greek club Panathinaikos to sell Sebastian Leto.

Midfielder Sebastian Leto spent last season on loan with Olympiakos Pireu.

Sebastian Leto began his career in 2005 in his native Argentina, with Lanus, based in Buenos Aires.

Sebastian Leto made over 50 appearances there, scoring eight goals before leaving for Liverpool.

History of English Football

The game of football generally flourished in England from around the 8th Century onwards.

During that period the level of violence within the game was astonishing. Players were kicked and punched regularly by opponents.

But the modern global game of Football was first codified in 1863 in London.

In 1848, as the game started growing more and more popular in the

public school system,

In 1863, several football clubs were called upon to decide a set of organized rules for the game of soccer, since it was growing popularity and needed some form of organization.

Despite the fact that in 1992 the top Football League clubs formed a new league, called the Premiership,

Nowadays football is all about money only, throughout the history of football left only Retro Football Shirts, trophies and memories.
