John Terry Stay With Chelsea

Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti is delighted that John Terry has finally ended speculation about his future.

Also Carlo Ancelotti believe that John Terry will stay at Stamford Bridge.

Manchester City had been keen to sign the defender this summer but Terry, after remaining silent on the matter for several weeks.

Also Carlo Ancelotti said: “For sure I’m happy, but it’s not only me. He is happy, too, as are the club and the fans because he is very important for the team, I was sure he’d stay. I know John Terry, I know his professionalism and I always believed that his future was with the club.”

Steven Gerrard Has Been Found Not Guilty After Being Accused Of Attacking A Man

Steven Gerrard has been found not guilty after being accused of attacking a man in a bar in a dispute over playing music.

The jury accepting Gerrard’s explanation that he acted in self-defence in punching businessman Marcus McGee at the Lounge Inn bar on 29.12.2008.

The Liverpool captain admitted he threw punches at McGee.

Steven Gerrard charged with “affray,” an offence in England that arises when someone uses threats.

Carlos Tevez Is Not Worth £25m Said Sir Alex Ferguson

Sir Alex Ferguson said that the Argentine is not worth £25 million.

Sir Alex Ferguson said: “We sent him texts and spoke to him when he was in Argentina. Our chief executive, David Gill, made an offer to Kia Joorabchian and we spoke to Tevez before we played Inter Milan and told him we had spoken to Kia but we never heard back, in my opinion, I don’t think he was worth £25million,”he also added that: ” he was popular with the supporters. The fans quite rightly have their heroes and I was happy to go along with the deal as long as it was the right one but, quite simply, he is not worth £25m.”

UEFA Reduce The Suspensions Didier Drogba And Jose Bosingwa

Didier Drogba and Jose Bosingwa have today had the suspensions they incurred following the Blues’ Champions League semi-final exit to Barcelona last season reduced.

Also Drogba and Bosingwa expressing their discontent ot match officials in extremely forceful terms after the game.

Drogba was originally suspended for six European games and Drogba for four, but UEFA today confirmed on its official website that those bans had been reduced upon appeal.

A statement said that: “Under the UEFA Appeals Body’s verdicts, Drogba will be suspended for five UEFA club competition matches – the last two of which will be deferred for a probationary period of three years – and has been fined €15,000. Bosingwa will be suspended for three UEFA club competition matches, the last of which is deferred for a probationary period of three years, and fined €10,000.”.

Robin van Persie a New Long Term Contract With Arsenal

Robin van Persie believes his best years are still to come at Arsenal Londra after signing a new long term contract with the club.

Robin van Persie said: “If you look at other players who can make a difference, their best years are always from about 25 to 30, I really had a good ideea about what I wanted to do, and when you play for Arsenal, you always have other options, but my heart is with Arsenal.”

He also said that: “I do not want to do it with a different team. I want to lift it with Arsenal. That is now my main target and it would make me so proud to do it.”

Ancelotti aims to win Champions League with Chelsea

Carlo Ancelotti said that his top priority at Chelsea is winning the Champions League.

The coach also said that the captain John Terry will stay with the team.

Carlo Ancelotti also said that the club had signed Yuri Zhirkov from CSKA Moscow.

He said: “Zhirkov is naturally on the left, I think he can do all the work and can play in defence and in between.”, and about John Terry he said: “John Terry is a symbol of this team, he will be captain next season. He said he wants to stay forever and we want to keep him for ever. Now there is a question of Manchester City, but for Terry there is no price. Terry will be at Chelsea forever.”

Ancelotti succeeds Guus Hiddink, who reached the semifinals last year.

Carlos Tevez Does Not Think The Manchester United Fans Will Boo Him

Carlos Tevez does not think the Manchester United fans will boo him if he returns to Old Trafford in a Manchester City shirt.

Carlos Tevez scoring 34 goals in 89 appearances for the Manchester United club.

Carlos Tevez said: “If I play for Manchester City, I don’t think the United fans will feel I am a traitor. It has come about because I could not stand my sporting situation at Manchester United any longer. My first year was good in all senses. I played in the games and felt respected by the coach but, in my second year, some strange things happened that I still do not understand.”

Michael Owen Has Signed For Manchester United

Michael Owen has signed a two-year contract with Manchester United.

Manchester United have confirmed the striker’s capture on their official website, and Owen is clearly delighted to have completed such sensational move.

Michael Owen said: “I had just begun to talk to other clubs when out of the blue Sir Alex phoned me on Wednesday afternoon, invited me to have breakfast with him the next morning during which he told me that he wanted to sign me. I agreed without a moment’s thought.”

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson said: “Michael Owen is a world class forward with a proven goalscoring record at the highest level and that has never been in question.”

Liverpool Sell Sebastian Leto To Panathinaikos

Liverpool have agreed a fee with the Greek club Panathinaikos to sell Sebastian Leto.

Midfielder Sebastian Leto spent last season on loan with Olympiakos Pireu.

Sebastian Leto began his career in 2005 in his native Argentina, with Lanus, based in Buenos Aires.

Sebastian Leto made over 50 appearances there, scoring eight goals before leaving for Liverpool.
