Manchester United Football Club is an English football club based in Manchester, England. They currently feature in the English Premier League and are one of the two biggest clubs in the world and are arguably the most supported club in the world.

Manchester United are said to have over 330 million supporters across the world and are the second most successful English clubs of all times.

At a value of 1,333 million euros, they are one of the two richest clubs in the world and were a founding member of the now defunct G-14 group and its successor, the European Club Association.

Manchester United
were formedĀ  in 1878 as the works team of the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway depot at Newton Heath. They entered the Football League in 1888.

On April 26,1902 the club was reformed as Manchester United.

Manchester United won their first ever FA Cup trophy in 1908-1909.

Manchester United won the old first division title in 1951-1952,1955-1956,1956-1957, 1964-1965 and 1966-1967.

Manchester United won their European Cup in 1968 and becoming the first English club to win the top tier European club competition.

Manchester United won Premier League in 1992-1993.

In 1999 won the UEFA Champions League, the Premier League and the FA Cup in the 1998-1999 season, becoming the first English club to do so.

Manchester United again won the Champions League in 2008.

In May 2005, American business tycoon Malcolm Glazer tookover the club but several fans have been frustrated by this takeover.
The stadium it’s nameĀ  Old Trafford which has a capacity of 76,212.

Liverpool are the most successful football club in English football history.

Liverpool were founded on March 15,1892 by John Houlding and immediately won the Lancashire League.

Liverpool have won until today:

-5 European Cup/UEFA Champions League
-3 UEFA Cup
-3 UEFA Super Cup

Liverpool
won their first Football League championship in the 1900-1901, 1905-1906, 1921-1922, 1922-1923, 1946-1947, 1963-1964, 1965-1966 season.

Liverpool won their first European trophy, the UEFA Cup, in the 1972-1973 season, then in 2001-2002.

Then won the Uefa Champions League in 2005 when play the finaly against AC Milan when coming from 3-0 down to take the match to penalties.

The club reached the UEFA Champions League 2007 final but this time they lost to AC Milan.

The stadium from Liverpool can host 45,362 people. Liverpool wants move to a new Stadium, the Stanley Park stadium, soon.

Liverpool are nicknames the Reds and foster huge rivalry with Manchester United and their city rivals Everton.
